Unless placing in a sheltered area of where you live does not see much rain then IP55 is not really suitable.
Living in rural Yorkshire where we often get horizontal rain an IP55 doorbell would not last 5 minutes. We have had doorbells with IP65 ratings fail due to water ingress & they are supposed to be virtually waterproof.
I would also add to ignore the 400m range, we had these for a few weeks & as ours is an old stone built house the range of the ringer was nearer 10m
