None of the minerals inside is chelated . Unchelated( not combined with Protein) minerals not absorbed in the gut and cause Diarrhea. Better buy some quality multi vitamin with chelated minerals which will really get absorbed instead of getting Diarrhea. Boots is now owned by Walgreens USA so profits come before quality.
