Superdrug is selling paracetamol online with click and collect.
There are many options available including tablets, capsules, and Panadol (which is just a brand - the ingredient is still paracetamol).
If you're struggling to get it for your local store, then Chemist.net also seems to have Panadol available but with a hefty delivery charge - so best to combine with other things like multi-vitamins:

Fake news, nothing has been proved that it makes the virus worse, the same as drinking every 15 minutes, avoiding cold drinks and taking Vitamin C!
Not much use for the virus but standard pill for people with conditions already. click and collect useless for the people who are vulnerable with health conditions who are isolating and non delivered with online shopping so total pain

Fortunately I nought few packs of Paracetamol in advance (just in case;),I also saw it in Tesco few days ago (I`m not sure if still is there;)

I honestly feel like crying. I can only take paracetamol. Can't get any anywhere. My shop keeper gave me his last two he had on him before. There's no calpol, so if my childs temperature rises. Hes in danger. I'm so stressed

They had paracetamol in my local Aldi, boots & home bargains today. Most places are restocking everyday anyway.

Great price for Paracetamol but it's hard to get so going to try home bargains tomorrow. Hope I get a few packets.

its heartbreaking when you rely on daily paracetamol and you find yourself stuck for where to get some. Due to health problems i cant travel and have always gotton mine from either the corner shop or superdrug on line im getting so so scared now as i fear i wont be able to get any im trying all hours on line but these people who have bulk bought these should be ashamed of themselves i have been in tears over this they dont consider those in need.
Now stuck for 12 weeks without going out still online deliveries very lacking on everything
