I would advise anyone thinking of buying Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lip Balm 4g to read the reviews, I have stopped buying it since they changed their formula, the product is horrible now, smells weird and leaves white residue, I hope they will go back to the old formula soon as it used to be such a great lip balm...
We never had problem someone in my family member used to likethere products they still do I think your should tell your GP he might prescribe something nice smell products as far I know there products got different smell which comes in lip balm aswell it’s a natural thing all PALMERS products have similar smell hope my comment will help someone 
your friends going to like your comment in a bit people might think other users giving they don’t just group.

Jasmine111 These are reviews for the old version of the lip balm which was great, the new one is horrible as I said, plenty of 1 star reviews on Amazon:
I only wrote to warn others, Amazon and Boots are selling only the new version now (I ordered from both to check) which is horrible and it contains zinc. The description on Boots and Amazon sites is wrong too as it still shows pics and ingredients of the old product...
