The secret to salted caramel is all in the balance. It should be malty, not too sweet and with a precise frisson of only the best salt. This is, of course, true of all our salted caramel recipes, be they solid, molten or creamed, sealed in mellow milk or deeply dark chocolate. Here we present four of our finest, for the salted caramel lover in your life (and yes, that can be you).

3x Salted Caramel Puddles Solid caramel-milk chocolate with a subtle hint of sea salt. Chocolatiers taste chocolate by allowing molten pools to cool in natural puddles on their marble tables; enjoy the same experience.

Salted Caramel 40% Selector Oozingly soft caramel with a pinch of sea salt, sealed in our creamy yet deep milk chocolate. It took us three years to find the perfect balance of chocolate and soft caramel. Worth every minute.

Salted Caramel Cream Selector Creamed with a dash of salt; high-cacao caramel cup. We combine the two faces of caramel here: edgy with salt, and gentle with cream.

Salted Caramel 70% Selector Molten caramel, pinch of sea salt, sealed in our signature smooth, elegantly balanced 70% dark chocolate. The minidome shape gives the perfect chocolate to filling ratio of 1:1.
