This is an amazing price for this pot. Especially as it is true cast iron and not cast aluminium like some of the other pots you can get. They are so nice to cook with as the heat us spread very evenly throughout the base which makes a big difference to cooking. My cooking improved so much when I started to use one of these

Is this the one you can use on the cooker then place in the oven. I currently own a oven only casserole dish. I would idealy like one for stove and cooker.

Thanks for the good deal. I guess it will come in handy in the cooler months when stews are on the menu !!! Saying that I'm sure one could cook a lot of other items in it.
