Looks more like a PSP to me. I don't think they have decided to copy the Vita yet. It's only a matter of time.

That's not an accident. If you want a laugh, search for Chinese knock-offs on Google. They do it with games consoles, phones and even cars. The Range Rover Evoque copy is particularly impressive.
