Microwave Power Output: 650W/B, Heating Time (Full Power): 60 seconds

Microwave Power Output: 750W/D, Heating Time (Full Power): 50 seconds

Microwave Power Output: 850W/E, Heating Time (Full Power): 50 seconds

Steam (From Chilled): Remove outer packaging. Place sealed bowl in a lidded saucepan, add enough boiling water to allow the bowl just to float. Replace lid, bring back to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Do not allow to boil dry.
