COCONUT AND CHIA Instant BREAKFAST Porridge POTS. Made with wholegrain jumbo oats for a thick creamy texture and proper whole flakes, these porridge pots are a perfect quick fix for grumbling stomachs. With natural flavouring into a blend of jumbo and fine oats, this sweet simple little number is a morning pick me up to fuel your day. Easy to use: simply peel back the lid on the oatmeal pot, pour in boiling water and wait until you reach the perfect consistency. As simple as that!

BENEFITS: We use only wholegrain oats containing all 3 parts of the grain, which together provide fibre, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins & minerals. Oats have more soluble fibre than other grains, so they are perfect for the digestive system. Oats are a source of Vitamin B6, which helps with the production of energy in the body. They are a source of folic acid which supports your immune system. Furthermore oats contain the soluble fibre Beta Glucan which has been shown to lower cholesterol.

Wholegrain gluten free oats (77%), coconut milk powder (11%) (coconut milk, tapioca maltodextrin, modified potato starch), desiccated coconut (8%), chia seeds (2.5%), natural flavouring. SUSTAINABILITY & SUPPORTING BRITISH FARMING: We're doing our best to be as sustainable as possible. Oats are tasty & healthy, but they have sustainability credentials too. Whenever possible we source oats from local British farms to ensure high quality and keep food miles low. We've removed plastic lids from all the porridge pots. That means we'll save nearly 6000 kgs of plastic from entering the market each year. We're also working to make all of our porridge sachets fully recyclable.
