alicks sold by the genuine Kingston store! Shame, I bought a 64gb Kioxia (Toshiba) drive for 4.69 less than three weeks ago, their model is now 2.99 😑

alicks wow. I put too much faith in Amazon verifying a store using a trademark. I've found what the actual Kingston store is (Kingston Digital), and this Kingston store only has 49 reviews and the oldest one is March this year. I concur it's more than likely fake. I looked online on how to report a fraudulent store and there's a number if you're in the US, couldn't find anyway else after a cursory glance.

The first thing I do when I get portable memory is run h2w test so if I do get one and it's fake, I'll send it back.

Image You should tell people that you took down an organised crime ring today! (I mean they are perpetrating copyright infringement after all) 😀
