PEANUT BUTTER & MAPLE SYRUP Microwave BREAKFAST Porridge SACHETS. Made with wholegrain jumbo oats for a creamy texture and proper whole flakes. A blend of jumbo & fine oats, this simple morning pick me up will fuel your day. Easy to use: tip the oats into a bowl. Pour milk of choice into the sachet until it reaches the fill line. Pour milk into a bowl, give it a good stir. Pop it into the microwave for 1 min, stir, put back into the microwave for 1 more min. Stir again, stand 1 min.

BENEFITS: We use only wholegrain oats containing all 3 parts of the grain, which together provide fibre, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins & minerals. Oats have more soluble fibre than other grains, so they are perfect for the digestive system. Oats are a source of Vitamin B6, which helps with the production of energy in the body. They are a source of folic acid which supports your immune system. Furthermore oats contain the soluble fibre Beta Glucan which has been shown to lower cholesterol.

SUSTAINABILITY & SUPPORTING BRITISH FARMING: We're doing our best to be as sustainable as possible. Oats are tasty & healthy, but they have sustainability credentials too. Whenever possible we source oats from local British farms to ensure high quality and keep food miles low. We've removed plastic lids from all the porridge pots. That means we'll save nearly 6000 kgs of plastic from entering the market each year. We're also working to make all of our porridge sachets fully recyclable.
