I am getting many broken and leaking bottles 
from Amazon. So scared ordering when they don't even bother packing 
them properly now and expect you return the broken bottle to get a replacement wasting so much time .I would rather pay more than get broken and leaking bottles from Amazon and be expected to return them to get replacements. Only bottles they pack properly is alcohol bottles .
samoflondon i am sorry to hear about your bad experience with amazon, but honestly whenever i have ordered any face wash ,scrubs ,any liquid etc they came in perfect condition ,never broken or unsealed so i can't say anything about in your case , i guess u should complain them and amazon should take it seriously as customer satisfaction should be on their first priority.
Uroos it used to be good before, I guess they closed one delivery centre near me and now the deliveries come from far away and treated like football 
on the way. Seems some people hate their jobs packing items or their robots don't know how to pack fragile items especially for subscibe and save.
