Good and bad. Its a good price for the kettle you get when new. BUT the design is not great so they break quickly. I had four under warranty in first two years; leaking; electrical fault; knob fell off; and one that just died.
Then the fifth time it was after 2 years and Russell Hobbs treat you like a leper and dont want to know.
So I say be prepared to get repairs for 2 years then prop have to buy a new one.
Great kettle, but gets a bit noisy the older it gets, none the less £20 for a kettle is not bad...
