These type of cheap bikes can be great but they only get rough assembly at factory and there is no margin here for the retailer to setup for the customer. You need to be mechanically minded to make sure everything is greased and oiled, tightened correctly and adjusted. Probably take an hour or more. The bike itself looks great although being 1x means it doesn't have low gearing for steep hills.
