Strange looking design. Remember highly proprietary ebikes like this are expensive to maintain and repair. All the electronic parts and even the frame itself are designed for each other, one fails then the product maybe rendered uneconomic to repair out of guarantee. The original price for this was over £4k so it wouldn't seem out of place for a replacement battery to be £800, a new motor £1100 or a replacement frame £1500-2000. Do you have a Scott dealership nearby that does Scott ebike repairs? Lots of people have issues with warranty and out of warranty work on such proprietary ebikes especially if they buy online simply because they don't have local support.
