Good price but not a good idea to buy such a cheap phone with only 3G capabilities, especially now many 3G masts are being converted into 5G masts.
6580 Mediatek chipset is quite old and low performance. It will be very slow and newer apps may not work well or at all. You'll need to minimise how many apps you install and constantly run optimising software to keep it running reasonably well. It has a dual or single core Mali 400 gpu of incredibly low performance so only very basic games will run. It's either 4.5 gflops or 9 gflops.
I still think the phone is worth considering if a basic smartphone is ok for you.
However much more powerful phones are available for just a little more money.
