i've had bonus card years and every birthday i actually have to ring as they NEVER give free birthday treat (even though promised)~SO UNRELIABLE~so rmbr each birthday if you don't get a free desert you will have to pester them like crazy~my birthday was early june and cos of coronavirus they took no calls~so had to email then pester on facebook then eventually took my call 2 months later i had to be persistent and it took almost 3 yes 3 months to get £1 ON BONUS CARD to make up for it~i said after all i went through is that it and they eventually gave £2 on bonus card~WHAT A 3 MONTH HASSLE~NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT JUNE
