Barclays annoyingly has decided to stop offering Kaspersky Premium for its members because the Russians are to be blamed for everything. Ugh. So much paranoia, scaremongering and drama that one has to wonder when the media will stop using the Russians (or "Kremlins" as they love to describe them) as their scapegoat.

They did use to offer free yearly licenses of KIS but stopped since a few days ago. Not much reason to stick with Barclays now.
I've been using Barclays free service for years. I'm sure the email said 'the government' recommends not to trust anything Russian (or something like that?)
RebeccaUK They're doing the same thing in US, France and other countries -- i.e., blaming Russia for everything that happens. I don't trust the govt, they've lied far too much and they don't have concrete evidence to show either.
The Kremlins are out to get us. lol
If you're worried about being spied on, well, every company is doing is so the best way is to use a VPN or not use the web at all.
If I were Russian I'd be annoyed with the whole "Russians did it" constantly.
