Reward Start and End Dates: This Reward is only valid from 10am 04/05/21 until close of business on 04/05/21 and from 10am 05/05/21 until close of business 05/05/21, while stocks last.

Redemption Instructions: Tap ‘USE NOW’ to reveal your code only when you are within 25 minutes of ordering at Caffè Nero.

Reward T&Cs: This Reward entitles you to receive a free hot or cold drink from Caffè Nero. Customers who use a reusable cup can upgrade their standard order to a Speciality Drink, plus get Extras (e.g syrup, extra shot) included.

This upgrade Reward is available from 10am on a Tuesday or Wednesday until 12/05/21. Choose from an Iced Latte, Iced Americano, Caffè Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Espresso, Flat White, Cortado, Mocha, Hot Chocolate or Tea. All drinks and extras, other than the drinks listed in these terms, are not available as part of this Reward except where a Priority customer redeems using their own reusable cup, which entitles them to Speciality Drinks and Extras. Subject to availability. Strictly one code per customer per device, per week. Multiple devices will not be accepted. Customers will receive a maximum of one loyalty stamp per redemption via the Caffè Nero App; the promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or account card offer. The code is only valid for redemption at participating UK Caffè Nero outlets.

These terms and claim instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the Priority App T&Cs, which can be found under your app ‘Settings’.

O2’s decision as to offer allocation is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Applications not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
