Business Days: a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) when banks in London are open for business.

Cycle Republic: Cycle Republic is a trading name of Halfords Limited (registered in England and Wales with company number 00103161 with registered office address at Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0DE.

Cycle Republic Goods: Goods purchased on the Website from Cycle Republic.

Order: the Customer's order for the Goods submitted by the Customer online via the Website.

Website: means the website accessible at cyclerepublic.com.

We, us, our: Cycle Republic.
