PAYMENT

We accept payment in GBP (£), Euro (€) and USD ($).

For payments made in GBP we accept: Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and MasterCard. For all other payments we accept: Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, MasterCard and Alipay. We also accept payment through PayPal for GBP, Euro and US Dollars.

We do not hold any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider's website.

We do not sell products to children, if you are under 18 you may use www.allbeauty.com/, but all orders must be made by your parent or guardian.

CLEARPAY

If you purchase Products from allbeauty website using Clearpay, the first interest free instalment will be taken by Clearpay when you place your order. The remaining instalments will be taken by Clearpay in line with your contract with Clearpay.

In using Clearpay as a payment method you will enter into two separate contracts. One contract will be with allbeauty for the purchase of the products and that contract will be formed when allbeauty sends you the Shipment Confirmation email

The other contract will be with the payment provider (Clearpay) which will be on their own terms and conditions for their respective payment services. allbeauty has no control over your contract with Clearpay.

You must be over the age of 18 and have a UK residential address and billing address in order to use Clearpay.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers are available to purchase in £5, £10, £20 or £25 denominations with a minimum spend of £5 and a maximum of £150 in any single transaction online. For corporate gifts please contact our Customer Service Team direct on + 44 (0) 1446 688111.

To use a Gift Voucher the recipient must create an account online with www.allbeauty.com/. The value of the purchases will be deducted from the balance on the account when presented at checkout; any remaining balance cannot be used against future purchases. Purchases and refunds made outside of the UK will be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing daily rate.

The Gift Voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and are only redeemable online at www.allbeauty.com/. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable via telephone. Vouchers will not be honoured if sold to a 3rd party. You cannot buy another Gift Voucher with a Gift Voucher.

If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will automatically be credited to the original Gift Voucher. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Gift Voucher and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Gift Voucher in the first instance. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Gift Voucher, then any remaining refund balance will then be refunded to the other method of payment used. Any refunds credited to the original Voucher will be valid from the date of the original Voucher purchase.

Please note in the event that one of the items in the beauty box becomes unavailable then we reserve the right to substitute the item with a similar product of equivalent or greater value.

RETURNS POLICY

All products purchased through this website are covered by our 60 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund you. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). We offer a freepost returns address for our UK & Channel Island Customers only. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items please see below. Your statutory rights are not affected.

For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.

RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION

You are entitled to cancel your online order or phone order up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your order.

We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out.
