We make our beer completely differently. It’s made from the same things a regular beer is: malted barley, hops and water. We just skip the yeast and blend our beer as opposed to brewing it. Instead we use a banging mix of super high quality, hand selected natural ingredients such as citrus fruits to build up the flavour complexity. It’s our World-Beer-Award-winning secret sauce, it’s never been done before and it tastes ...in our not so humble opinion!Everyone at Freestar wants to be proud of the impact the business leaves behind - both on our community and on our planet - and although we've made a good start, we're looking for ways to do better all the time. It starts with our pioneering production process which - after 2 years and nearly 400 recipes - emits 90%less CO2, uses 80% less energy, 80% less water and ends up with 70% less waste. We're super proud of those stats!
