This confuses me: I thought BT guaranteed coverage throughout the home...so why do they sell extenders, separately? 
Does it guarantee same speed through house though? I have BT and WiFi isn’t a problem but the speed is definitely lower upstairs which is further away from the hub. If anything improves that then I would be up for it but I don’t want to spend £75 to find out!! Anyone know the answer?
