heatherduthie ..I have something similar, bought years ago,my second one,I lent it to my work friend's Arthritis riddled 70 year old Mum telling her to try it for a week. My friend's Mum tried it & then bought her own,also recommended it to another staff member as she was suffering with backache. I brought mine in to lend her but she said she was going to buy her own & thanked me for my kindness...These are definitely better than the conventional Hot Water Bottle which I still have & use.
