Because one is for Morrisons which i found first and then I noticed Amazon had Price matched them. So different retailers
Mango4 so why don't you just edit the earlier post to also include the new deal you found which is also on the same platform?
Same deal, no need for it to be posted twice when Morrisons is on Amazon.
It's just an abuse of the points system to make the points up. I can see exactly what's going on.
Prime example of what we have been pointing out to the LD team.
latro4949 Not sure why people get so hung up about points on this site, but anyway it's untrue for you to say it's an abuse of points as once again I have posted more deals today than you actually get point for 6 deals only 3 qualify for points . So how it that an abuse of points?- I await your apology .
The site template does not allow for multiple retailers to be shown it only shows one Morrisons in this case , equally it's not possible to show the differences in discounts charged, different expire dates, different links to the product etc. Maybe you should ask Admin to look at changing the template to allow multiple choices for deals if it bothers you that much. If I hadn't put the deal up someone else would have anyway and you would have said nothing.
Mango4 I'm not sure why people post things that blatantly aren't deals but they do...ah wait...that would be to make the points up!
It's actual factual what I've said. People do post all kinds of crap and things that aren't even deals just to make the points up for an Amazon voucher.
You always make sure you do make your 3 posts a day though...
You won't be getting any apology from me, I say it as it is and I see it for what it is.
You didn't have to post the same price matched deal again. A mere edit to your first post to add that Amazon were now price matching would have been suffice.
Admin won't do anything regarding some of the issues pointed out to them recently because it's all about how much money can be made, just like some members who will post and post to earn their Amazon vouchers.
A quick look at member profiles tell you who these members are.
The deal was actually posted by another member yesterday and was at a lower deal price, a quick search of the site will bring it up.
How do you know that I wouldn't have said anything if someone else had posted?
If they'd had posted the same deal within minutes to earn their points I'd have said exactly the same thing to them as well.
I don't care who the poster is, if I spot something so blatant I'll say what I have to say.
Admin need to start paying attention to members who are posting all kinds of crap and anything and everything just to make the points up.
Some are far from deals.
It's all about the points and the more scrupulous members of the site have noticed this going on for a while now.
Mango4 got better things to do than sit here looking for pathetic deals to post to scramble points for a £5 Amazon voucher.
I can see it's a vocation of yours.
Desperate times for some!
