I ordered one about 3 weeks ago and its not arrived but they took 60 quid from my bank as I got a free weeks trial at gadgetstore or some shit and In the small print I didn't see it must have had an automatic sign up for a years subscription if not cancelled in the 7 days.nddays.not happy and will be getting a refund or taking legal action
Just had £60 taken out of my account; I went through the process again today without clicking final payment and there was no small print anywhere,,, Going to find these people and sort them myself!
This looks to be the company behind it Zing Online Media Ltd owned by a Zak Maqsood who also seems to be behind this company (with a contact form)
I also ordered 3 solar powerbanks and it is nearly a month but i have not received it and I just discovered that they took £60.00 from my card. I need it refunded. If not I will go for legal action. You people are scammers.
Same has happened to me. Paid by credit card. Credit Card company informed. Will be reclaiming the £60.00 hopefully.
It happened to me as well nothing about signing up for a games console I'm 73 and don't play games. Disgraceful

This is bad news for Facebook followers who like gadgets.
On offer a few days ago was a 'free' solar powered phone charger.
All that I had to do was pay the postage of around £6.
Today I see my credit card has now been charged with £60!
This is ten times more than agreed and thus want the whole transaction cancelled.
I have called my bank who said I had to contact Gadgetinsider to ask for a full refund of £60 to my credit card.
Unfortunately the contact phone number I found on a google search does not connect:-

I have now sent an email to their associated company called Gamestore (support@gamestore.mobi) to request cancellation of the unauthorised payment and told them I do NOT want to receive any solar phone chargers from them.
So far they have not bothered to reply so will hope that my bank can stop the transaction.
The company Gadget Insider just like to con people. They advertised a "free solar bank charger" and when you click on it it says that you just have to pay £2.95 for postage. When the bill comes you have to pay £60 and also I click on a wireless headphones which was supposed to be a free offer and they charged me for around £89. I emailed back that I don't want it and they cancelled the order. They then send me for a year membership of game consoles which I am not even interested in. I replied again by email that I have never ordered this. They said that they are going to cancel it. After that they emailed me that the solar bank charger which I have cancelled was going to come last week and they are sending me two instead of one. I am going to return it back to them and to ask for a refund. This company just like to con people. I strongly advise anyone NOT to order anything from them as you will get stressed out like me.
They are not honest , they just do anything to get people's money.
They have changed their name to "Gadget Discovery Club"
but they are still scamming people with non-appearing products and hidden fees.
These guys also run www.livegadgetdeals.com. It is definitely a scam. I ordered a product from them in Nov 2018 and have still not received my purchase and no reply to any of my emails. Stay away from these frauds!!!!!!!
