Home Bargains coconut milk £0.49p is the best i have tried em all as I cook Thai almost every week now and it has the highest content of coconut pulp which surprised me as the ones all the Thai restaurants use is Chaokoh and its got less pulp!
I like the thicker coconut milk I find it’s better as I make chicken korma alot this is my second option the ktc brand I also prfer the one from home bargains
Enn Yeah I am a bit **** when it comes to my Thai cooking i did a few courses out in Thailand when i was living there and got right into it.
Here is a little list just for you - told you i was **** on the coconut milk - ooh err missus!
The Lidl Vitasia has the highest coconut content but I cant find it anymore - Home Bargains stopped selling theirs for a while but its back in stock again!
