Good specs. Just know the type of Chromebook you're buying, though.
Alternatively, you could buy a Windows laptop/notebook and install a Linux distro (similar to Android, essentially).
Windows seems to be losing ground thanks to the Chromebooks so people are getting used to a different OS.
PhilipMarc No you can install Chrome flex Cloudready on Windows Laptop but Android store and Android apps do not work on it . Defeats the whole purpose of conversion to Chromebook on first place.
Schools have made Chromebook mandatory (because they get adminstration rights once Chromebook is enrolled ) but Chromebook come with very poor specs , expire after 5 Years of release date, and no possibility of upgrade unless you can solder chips on motherboard etc .
