This is a good deal, I bought some earlier "Nectar" & "Orla" were the varieties available in my local store.
You may find that Aldi has 2kg spuds on offer for 14p! still a good buy though from Tesco

I was shopping in Tesco tonight and came across this. But was at aldi before hand and 14p x
Need to get these potatoes as we go through a'lot of them at Christmas
time. Great price. 
I was in Tesco Yiewsley, yesterday, but didn’t spot these! That said, I am quite particular about my tatties, so look at variety rather than bag size or cost - so may well have missed them (though at this cracking price, I doubt it!)...
I get these when they are normal price around 99p much better than other spuds at that price point, will be getting another bag of these whilst on offer
