im with Vodaphone and get 100gb data and have to pay £36 a month that’s nearly twice as much for £20 now unlimited I’m angry
try contacting them stating this information, maybe they can do something about your contract. that is a huge price difference
salss09 managed to contact and arranged a discount of £10 off each month but not unlimited
AidenFryer at least it’s better than what you were paying before, glad you managed to contact them
salss09 they didn’t want to honour it though had to contact them 3 times 2 hours later a breakthrough
AidenFryer Thanks for watching!! Happy to see my advice for the cheaper hotel was the only thing that saved the family money
Really annoyed about this deal..I was with vodaphone for years never a problem then they bought out the video pass which coincided with my situation where I used it to stream tv and movies all good until it stopped working I phoned them and they said as I had cancelled it they couldn't reinstate it as no longer available.. I didn't cancel ...they tried switching it off and on to see if problem resolved..consequently I argued and argued and eventually without any luck with vodaphone I simply switched to giffgaff which works great as vodaphone wouldn't offer unlimited...now my credit rating has been badly affected as I refused to pay them anymore despite my contract still having ages to run but the way I saw it was vodaphone broke the contract but me anyway now I'm saddled with the debt and my credit is screwed...thanks vodaphone!
i am sorry to hear this. I am in a similar situation with 3, they do not listen to me and my complaints and their network/signal is terrible for me. their technical team do not have the right training, and they do not listen to people who are vulnerable or have mental health issues. I have not had a credit affected, but would advise people to be aware of 'good deals' and also to search for signal in their areas before pursuing.
I'm sorry to hear of others suffering from similar issues. You are quite correct, I am disabled and felt incredibly vulnerable whilst arguing with vodaphone..it was in fact my vulnerability that caused me to jump ship to giffgaff so I still had a means of communication available to me as I live alone. I also found the hours and hours on the phone, repeating over and over what my issues were very fatiguing...I wish these big fish listened to us tiddlers more, afterall I had previously been a vodaphone customer since the day dot ....giffgaff however are a totally different kettle of fish..they always check a couple of days in advance to make sure u r getting the bundle that suits u, there are never any additional charges!!
it sounds like you are in good hands now, and am happy you are with someone you can trust. i may be changing to ee as have heard good things from an autistic friend of mine who said they have helped a lot and are treating her with respect and checking up on her too. please take care and hope someone can help you with other accounts too
