A music playing of 2-3 hours when new is very poor, especially with charging time of 2 hours. The standby is also up to 3 hours, which just isn't really clear what it is... Turned on but nothing playing or turned off and in your bag? (this sort of battery drainage while in storage is also important!) and then after a year or even sooner the battery life will just go down. I have a cheap 12 quid pair I've inherited and their initial playtime was 4 hours, they are at least 2 years old now and playtime is now up to 3 hour depending on the volume setting. I would save the money to set aside for a better pair of headphones, it will save you some annoyance when the headphones only last on your way to work and die by lunch, then you charge them and hope they will last till the gym in the evening... Extra stress that's so unnecessary.
