Its an aerial and they are useless unless you have an exceptionally strong signal.
Everyone seems to think digital is a big improvement over analogue - its not epescially if you are not in line of sight and when the weather gets bad the signal just goes to pot!
garygemmell Ditto. As handy as this may be, live TV just doesn't do it for me. I'd rather stare at nature and drink a beer or panache (sorta like beer with a lemon flavor) than watch what's on airing on TV.
Rockman Yeah i find it quite depressing how the yoof think that programs like Towie (I call it the Walking Dead) or any of those housewives programs are entertainment - it illustrates how bored and sad peoples lives are these days if watching other people go about their vacuous lives is interesting.
I prefer a bit of David Attenborough, documentaries or a bit of the real Walking Dead.
I guess its how you are brought up - my parents bought me encyclopaedias and took me to museums and out every weekend - these days everyone seems happy to veg in front of the box getting obese and diabetes type II - In eastern europe its a totally different ballgame - i think in the ten years I have lived in Slovakia I have probably seen maybe 20 obese folks tops! Ever seen a fat Polish man or woman in the UK either - says it all really!
