I have been a customer of chemist direct for many years at the start of this year i order and received broken bottle of products i had ordered, but instead of a sorry i was interrogated, they wanted photos etc . which i sent ... no apology. They just resent the broken items.
This year again, only a few items arrived instead of sorry was asked to fill in a survey ,took ages, felt interrogated again like i was a thief. Emailed back that we will send other items , no compensation or anything again . Sorry to say you have now lost my custom. not only did i have to clean up the mess of 4 big broken bottles and its contents , i then get treated like a thief
