Excellent customer service from Moss Bros. My partner and I have just been in store as he needs a 3 piece suit for a wedding. They have plenty of choice and lots of sizes available. The prices are really competitive as well. We received a personal service from the sales assistant. He helped us with all the different styles and gave good advice on fitting. My partner came away with a lovely navy suit. First class experience.
My husband needed a new black suit, we had been to many shops but none had a black suit. We had gone on yet another jaunt to buy a suit and had already been in 3 stores in the shopping centre with no luck.
Moss Bros was opposite so in we went. Yeah they had black suits but not in his size. The staff were great, let him try on others for size and then rang another store to reserve the items and one of the staff members said he would go and pick them up.
All good and we were at the counter to make the purchase. My husband said he needed to get out of the shop so I told him to go and I would pay. Instead he sat on a chair in the shop. When I looked over he was slumped over the back of the chair —- he had fainted. Two staff members and I got him onto the floor and into the recovery position. Another staff member was straight on the phone and two of the shopping centre security staff arrived. All the other customers were asked to leave and the door was locked. Anyone who came to the door was advised the shop was closed due to a medical emergency. The security staff were first aiders and called for an ambulance.
The staff all went above and beyond and my husband was blue lighted to A&E.
He had tests and is now booked in for scans and tests on his heart.
We were definitely in the right store, I cannot praise them enough.

I really like their quality and designs. I usually wait for their sales because you can get really nice shirts for just a couple of pounds. Their delivery services are really good and quick but I still want free delivery which I rarely get from them. The customer services are really nice, very helpful and in general I really like this store for my husbands and dads shirts.

The quality of their suits is outstanding, i bought one for my son ears ago and it still has plenty of life init, theyre available and extremley cheap in tk maxx also, ice never had to use their customer sercice as the quality was so good but if it matches the products im sure it will be great
My hubby is on the larger size and struggles to find quality,stylish clothes, but we shopped in moss bros fleetwood this week and was helped by a lovely man to find exactly what he wanted. Lots of choices and advice. Will certainly be returning to buy again!!!The prices are amazing and the quality is amazing,we didnt feel pushed into buying but the gentleman went out of his way to find what my husband wanted ( he's a bit fussy)
The service is good here, you can usually get seen for an off the rack suit or make an appointment for a made to measure. To be honest the off the rack are fine because they’ll do all your alterations for a fee which actually works out cheaper than if you get a specially made one.
Really good quality and reasonable prices. Variety is good as well with modern and classic blend. Their sales shops in outlets are really good if you don't want to spend hundreds on a nice suit. Their shirts are a real good quality as well casual or formal. Great customer service to the shops I've been (Doncaster, Sheffield and Swindon).
Really helpful service showed me exactly what I wanted and got really good deal. Cost me £100 for a suit and 2 shirts and a tie. Shirt needed returning gave me an exchange even a resizing to make sure shirt would definitely fit me as I am 6 foot and muscular frame with small waist.
Whilst I cannot deny the quality of the clothing, the aftersales service absolutely needs looking at. Having bought suits for my groomsmen online, I needed to exchange one jacket for a larger size. Through the website, I placed the exchange order without an issue. However, I then did not find out, until the exchange package was delivered to my groomsman, that the jacket had been cancelled by Moss Bros due to it being out of stock. Why was I able to submit the exchange online if there was no stock? It certainly told me that there was stock available. And if there was, was that stock not reserved for me when the exchange order was placed? If not, why not? I was not informed of the change to my order, and this now means that I cannot complete the exchange. Since I also bought the jacket on sale, in order to now get a replacement, I would currently be expected to pay the full price for a replacement jacket, whereas that would not (and should not) be the expectation in an exchange. Personally, I feel that if I can't complete an exchange through the website as effectively as I could by going in person to a store (which I would have, had it not been for COVID), the system is inherently flawed. Another point worth mentioning is that the website, when accessing it through my laptop, would not log me in properly - it would immediately redirect me to the login screen (even with correct details), and I'd have to log in through this screen 3 or 4 times (on several occasions) before it would register and log me in. Even then, if I navigated between pages on the site, it would randomly take me back to the login screen... One thing's for sure, which is that I won't be using their website in the future without significant changes. Again, I can't deny the clothes are good quality, but I have to say that there are serious issues with some of the processes through online ordering.
Great experience. Had 12 suits suits mades made to fit. The guys couldn't attend at the the same time so the store was pretty flexible in allowing them in walking in within their opening hours over a period of 5 days. This worked out well for us working around our other commitments. Staff were friendly and professional. The suits were perfect and on time. Absolutely no issues with the styling ,colour or sizing. The pricing was good too, will recommend to others and will use them again in the future.

I used Moss bros for the groom and his five groomsmen and this was in 1985 so many years ago and there still growing strong fabulous suits one to one shop assistants just a all round good service and if there still here for over 36 or so years there doing something right we had the whole shaboodle top hat and tails and guess what we are still married today xxx

We have hired suits for weddings and they have been really good quality. Great customer service and staff were really friendly and helpful. Casual wear is a little bit more expensive than I would normally pay but they are really good quality.
