It's not at all misleading.
Deal posts on Latest Deals should not include the delivery charge in the Deal Information input fields, and it would be a nonsense to do so.
The Deal Information input fields (see below) are for the Discounted Price (excluding Delivery) and for the Original Price / RRP (excluding Delivery) and the discount is calculated automatically based on that. However adding delivery charges to either of those fields would be misleading.
By all means add delivery charge information in the body text of your own deal posts if you wish and believe it would be helpful. I often do.
And as you can see the £3.95 delivery charge is clearly shown in the image I included with the body text of this deal post!
