New customers can save 40% on vehicle breakdown cover with RAC. It's available at just £5.95 per month, which has been reduced from £9.95. Or you can pay one annual payment of £59.51, reduced from £99.50, with no hidden costs.
With vehicle breakdown cover, your vehicle will be covered no matter who is driving. Right now, the offer includes Roadside & Recovery as standard which gives you cover over ¼ mile from home, plus a 10 mile tow. You'll get roadside assistance and will be entitled to up to 5 callouts a year.
At checkout, you'll be able to add additional options to your payment plan. This includes Onward Travel for £4, which allows you to use a hire car whilst yours is being fixed, replacement keys for £3.50, battery replacement for £3.50 and tyre replacement for £6.50. However these are optional so you don't have to include them if you'd prefer to just pay £5.95 per month.

AA worked out much cheaper for me with all options selected for 2 two of us for only £110 with £55 Amazon voucher through Woucher . If you add home or onward start , RAC becomes quite expensive. Also I got free basic RAC cover from my car insurance company so I can call both RAC and AA if needed . I have only called RAC once and it took them 4 hours in middle of London. So don't have any good experience with RAC. Also they get commission on battery 
sales and try to sell their 4 times inflated or marked up batteries on unsuspecting customers by declaring the existing battery dead .
