Stay away from this offer!!!! I canceled after a few days basically because it's rubbish compared to other streaming services. Even though I cancelled and received a confirmation email the cheeky B#@$ards still charged my account twice the same day totaling £14.99. When I contacted them to find out what they were playing at they tried to say it was my fault 
. Bunch of idiots. Ultimately the service is utter garbage and you would be better off getting Netflix or Amazon they both have a massive database of movies and tv shows and wont try and steal your money!!!!!!
Thanks for letting me know this, I have heard of nightmares with this outfit, and trouble cancelling, and getting refunds.
