Only 4gb soldered ram which cannot be upgraded . Amazon reviews say poor quality and one month only FBA warranty. Also some people complaining office 365 only works free for one month not one year. Would have been ok if it had 8gb ram or more at this price as Jumper / Amazon also sell that model. Only good thing is SSD slot for bigger SSD . Wish code could get discount on all current Jumper Laptops including those where ram can be upgraded
Whilt 4gb of RAM isn't great, it's pretty standard for a laptop of this use. It's essentially a Chromebook operating on Windows OS. Didn't realise people had issues with 365 though, fortunately for me I prefer Google Docs etc. anyway, much better, accessible from anywhere, and best of all, FREE.
OhMyJosh 4gb ram was not a problem , if it was not Soldered and could be upgraded . Ram is very cheap and very easy to upgrade but Chinese manufacturers have started soldering ram which makes it kind of obsolete by the time it actually reaches an end user after long storage in Warehouses I guess. . Technology moves on very fast , I have 16 GB ram in my phone and 64gb ram in two of my laptop's. I bought Coda laptop two three years ago similar to this for £100 but won't do it today . Office 365 is not lightweight or fast like Google Docs .
samoflondon Yeah, in fairness, many phones nowadays are more powerful than most basic laptops. Hell, my phone is more capable of playing games than a Nintendo Switch and didn't cost much more. It's crazy how fast technology has moved on.
OhMyJosh I bought Teclast M40 Tablet and phone with 6gb ram and 128gb storage and 4G LTE network for only £133 on Amazon today . But my deal got rejected for some unknown reason. It can run office 365 as well with Bluetooth keyboard. It is similar price but much more storage and ,ram , touchscreen ,4G and can run office 365 . There are so many Android apps which are much faster than Windows version of them . It is basically cheap version of Lenovo Chromebook Duet but much cheaper and better.
OhMyJosh I guess it is expired now . Don't pay more than £133 .Showing to be £169 but I cannot know as I already bought it at £133
samoflondon I'll keep an eye on it in case the offers come back. Would be handy to have something portable for my website.
