Interesting device but I guess converting to 230V and then the laptop PSU converting that 230V back to the 12-19V it charges from is very wasteful. Some low power laptops typically Celeron etc are designed around 12V chargers so you could simply buy a 12V cable for them that plugs straight into the charging port. Many people with motorhomes look for 12V laptops and 12V TV's as its more energy efficient rather than using a inverter. Some laptops that have 12V inputs are Chuwi, Geo and I'm sure many others.

Just use a usb c power delivery car charger for laptops , tablets and phones. I have 140w usb c power delivery 3.1 charger which can charge all laptops and phones . The DC to AC and vice versa coversion losses are not needed for DC devices. Only AC devices would need this . Calling this a laptop device is totally incorrect as Laptops run on DC power not AC and most of them USB C power delivery compatible now .
