It's an old and weak processor but not terrible. You will need to know how to speed up the operating system and debloat it to get good speed out of this system. Ideally something like Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC would be better for such humble hardware. It's a very good price but its certainly not a computer to expect to run anything on at a good speed. However still you can't argue with a windows tablet that converts to a small windows laptop for this money which is brand new not refurbished. It's nice to use a touchscreen sometimes. There is a microsd slot to increase storage but of course I'm sure the 4GB is a permanent memory limit.
