I have a similar one myself and find it invaluable for getting in a bit of exercise while sat (pedalling away) in front of the tele when the weather doesn't encourage outdoor exercise .
Adjustable resistance and tells you distance covered ,speed etc - A bargain at this price .

I find mine useful as I'm generally to idle to exercise (apart from golf) . With the grotty weather I find it easy to do 10k a day (about 30 mins) on mine ..... while basically watching tele

Happy with mine , of course you can buy a Peloton type one for loads of money -for this price you can't go wrong .
Golfforall I couldn't justify a Peloton and the monthly subscriptions. I'm the same peddle away while watching TV or do a YouTube spin class! :-)
