Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos Pack required to watch Sky content in UHD/HDR and with Dolby Atmos – minimum broadband speed of 30mbps recommended. £6pm extra. Not all content available in UHD and/or HDR. Content must be optimised to watch in Dolby Atmos.

Whole Home required to watch Sky TV on multiple compatible devices - minimum broadband speed of 30mbps recommended for Whole Home plus one Sky Stream Puck. £12pm extra. Additional 5mbps recommended for each Puck added. Sky Stream Puck (£50 with £39.95 set up fee) required to watch on another TV with compatible HDMI port. Watch on other compatible devices via Sky Go.

Netflix: Netflix Basic is included as part of the Sky Ultimate TV subscription and allows you to watch on one screen in SD. If you upgrade to the Netflix Standard Add On, you can watch on 2 screens and in HD, and Netflix Premium Add On allows you to watch on 4 screens and in Ultra HD. Netflix is streamed via broadband. A minimum download speed per stream of 3.0 Mbps for Netflix Basic (SD content) and 5.0 Mbps for Netflix Standard (HD content) and 25.0 Mbps for Netflix Premium (Ultra HD content) is recommended. Sky Go: Sky TV customers only. Selected live channels and on demand content available in line with your Sky TV subscription at no extra cost. UK only. Delivery: Sky Glass and Sky Stream Puck will be delivered by courier on the agreed delivery day and someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to sign for it. Sky Glass and Sky Stream Puck are self install.

Existing Sky TV customers moving to Streaming TV:

You can only have one Sky TV subscription at your address, so if you already have Sky Q or Sky+ , you will need to take a new TV subscription and choose a new TV package for Streaming TV. We will bill you for your existing Sky TV subscription until your Streaming TV subscription is activated. Billing for your Streaming TV subscription will start when you activate your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream Puck. If you have Sky Q, you will need to send back your Sky Q boxes within 60 days of your cooling off period ending or you may incur a non-returns charge. Any third party subscriptions that you do not pay for through Sky but view on your current Sky platform will not be viewable on Sky Glass or Sky Stream Puck. Any recordings you have on Sky Q or Sky+ will not transfer to Sky Glass or Sky Stream Puck. Sky Store Buy and Keep purchases will still be accessible via the Sky Store app.
